Testimonial Tuesday!

Frankincense

I have had bloody noses off-and-on my whole life. Sometimes they would get so bad that I would end up in the Emergency Room. I have had my nose cauterized a few times and given prescription medications that have not helped. I got a bloody nose last night and I applied frankincense across the bridge of the nose, ice to my nose and kept the inside moist with coconut oil. Within a few minutes the bleeding had completely stopped. I love it!

Testimonial Tuesday!

Breathe

I have had sinus problems my entire life. I have had congestion and a difficult time breathing at night for as long as I can remember. My daughter recently gave me a diffuser and some Breathe oil. I am in LOVE! I put the oil in the diffuser every night and swipe it across my nose before falling asleep. I have not slept this good in a really long time. I don’t wake myself up snorring and I’m not congested in the mornings. I would definitely recommend  Breathe.

-My boyfriend uses Breathe every night to help with snoring. Now I can actually sleep too!
-I was sick of wiping my grandsons runny nose while camping, After just two applications of breathe it stopped running for the entire day.
-I love to rub breathe on my chest before running. I don’t feel as short of breath.

I have found great success using lemon oil for hangovers. I put 3-5 drops of lemon in my water bottle and drink before going to bed. I also rub the oil directly over my liver.
In the morning if I am not feeling completely up-to-par then I repeat this and also take a warm bath with 3-5 drops of lemon water.
No more hang over!
